Bartender/Banquet Server

About the role

Provide service of all food items ordered by patrons and facilitate all banquets and special events under the direction of management.

Responsibilities

• Drive beverage cart for on-course service.
• Perform all daily and general housekeeping duties.
• Maintain adequate stock levels in all coolers to ensure all patrons' needs are fulfilled.
• Be familiar with all state and local laws pertaining to the service of food.
• Aid with the creation of new menu items and daily specials.

Requirements

• Some high school education with relevant experience.
• Current BASSET certification or ability to obtain.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.

Schedule

• Mainly Fridays and Weekends.
• Some weekdays for special events.

Pay

The anticipated starting pay for this position is $15.25 per hour. This position falls under Pay Grade E with a pay range of $15.00 - $20.00.
