About the role
This position is responsible for taking and delivering orders, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing guest payments, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean, organized work area, collaborate with hotel departments to support events and daily operations, and consistently deliver outstanding hospitality that exceeds guest expectations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.
Responsibilities
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Process guest payments
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with hotel departments to support events and daily operations
- Deliver outstanding hospitality that exceeds guest expectations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates
- Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
