About the Role

Clyde's Tower Oaks Lodge is seeking a versatile Server / Bartender who brings energy, expertise, and genuine hospitality to every shift. As part of the Clyde’s Restaurant Group, we offer a rustic and charming lodge-style dining experience in Rockville, MD. Free employee parking and accessibility via local bus routes are provided.

Pay

$900 – $2,000 per week

Schedule

Open availability required, including weekends and holidays. Part-time, full-time, and on-call shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Wipe, clean, and polish the bar counter, shelves, bottles, glasses, and equipment
• Inventory and stock the bar with beverages, garnishes, and supplies
• Receive drink orders from patrons and wait staff
• Mix ingredients (liquor, mixers, juices, sugar, fruit, etc.) according to standard recipes
• Ring drink and food orders into the register
• Count inventories, requisition products, and restock the bar with beverages, utensils, linen, boutique products, and supplies
• Stock clean glassware on glass shelves behind the bar
• Slice, peel, and arrange fruit and other garnishes
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble blenders and other equipment
• Receive, ring up, collect money, and make change for employee shift meals
• Count and verify banks at the start of the shift, take revenue reports, and reconcile banks against sales at the end of the shift
• Collect and verify “waiter banks” from wait staff at the end of the shift
• Check IDs to verify drinking age
• Socialize with patrons to create a friendly atmosphere
• Break down the bar at the end of the day, clean all areas, and restock to closing par levels

Requirements

• Friendly, hardworking, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain high service standards
• Problem-solving skills to handle customer matters with courtesy, dignity, and respect
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability to work late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays
• Prior bartending experience required
