Bartender / Server

About The Role

Clem's Station is hiring a part-time Bartender / Server for team in Talmadge. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming guest experience, balancing bar and floor service responsibilities, and working efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, standards, and responsible service practices.
• Take food and drink orders, enter them accurately, and deliver items promptly while providing attentive table service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area throughout each shift.
• Process guest payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and reconcile tabs as needed.
• Check guest identification and monitor alcohol service to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending, serving, or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy restaurant or bar setting.
• Comfort handling cash, point-of-sale systems, and guest transactions accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry service-related items as needed.
• Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing both bartender and server duties in the same role.
• Knowledge of common cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairing recommendations.
• Familiarity with responsible alcohol service standards and local compliance requirements.
• Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced hospitality environments.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to assist wherever needed.

Compensation for this part-time role is $17.75 per hour USD plus tips.
