Position: Bartender (Part-Time) at Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa, Astoria, OR. Join a luxury boutique hotel perched 600 feet over the Columbia River, offering stunning views of the Astoria‑Megler Bridge and the intimate Bar 600 venue. Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and professional bar service to guests
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to spec—classic and custom
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar environment
• Engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience
• Follow all health, safety, and liquor compliance standards
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Accurately handle transactions and maintain cash drawer integrity

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail recipes
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Detail‑oriented, punctual, and team‑minded
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand for long periods and navigate a fast‑paced environment
• Valid OLCC Alcohol Service Permit
• Current Food Handler’s Card

Pay

$17/hour + 80% tip share

Schedule

3 to 4 nights per week; must be able to work weeknights and weekends as needed. Shifts: 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM on Friday and Saturday.
