About the role
Bartender to provide courteous and appropriate service to members and their guests, manage beverage costs, and adhere to house rules and pouring guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide proper service to members and guests
- Keep a clean and workable bar
- Assist with monthly inventory
- Wait tables and/or act as cocktail server when necessary
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Assist wait staff/servers
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- One year's bartender experience
- Experience in hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, or country clubs)
- Neat appearance, courteous manner, and good interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and good attendance record
