About the role

Create connections and craft cocktails. You are responsible for preparing and serving inspired drinks while delivering distinctive experiences for guests. As the charming individual behind the bar, you impress guests with beverage expertise and techniques in an expertly maintained atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks in accordance with recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain an unmatched, expertly kept bar environment.
• Operate computerized Point of Sale system for order entry and cash handling.
• Ensure proper operation and upkeep of all bar equipment.
• Adhere to applicable liquor laws and regulations.
• Provide exceptional guest service that creates memorable experiences.

Requirements

• At least one year of related education, training, and/or experience.
• Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Proficiency with the computerized Point of Sale system.
• Knowledge of proper operation of all bar equipment.
• Understanding of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with standard cash handling procedures.
• Current State Food Handler’s License.
• State Mixologist Permit.

Pay

• Hourly Pay Rate: $19.13
• Tip / Tip Pooling Eligible
• Get Paid Daily (Make any day payday)
