Bartender - On-Call

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Bartender at Goldfinch Tavern who is enthusiastic about joining a team that is focused on creating an outstanding bar program. The Bartender is part of a dynamic team that provides award winning service to our restaurant and hotel guests. This position reports to the Goldfinch Tavern management team.

Responsibilities

• Skilled at being on the guest's side and with assurance, assist them when issues arise
• Experience with name usage and remembering guest's preferences
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a hotel bar with a focus on an elevated cocktail program
• Attention to detail and precise measurements
• Ability to create a custom cocktail
• Ability to make guest feel comfortable and at home

• Positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach
• Strong work ethic which includes a drive to grow, improve and learn everyday
• Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest
• Energetic and professional approach to his/her craft
• Calm composure under pressure
• Excellent people skills by means of a friendly, kind and likeable personality
• Restaurant experience preferred
