Bartender - Oasis Pool - Part-time - $19.50 per hour

Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity, and allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will have an understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide libations and customized drink recommendations.
• Maintain an attractive, clean bar environment following sanitation standards.
• Stay current with mixology trends, bar equipment, and responsible service of alcohol.
• Engage in casual conversation with guests, offering creative and mindful mixology experiences.
• Adhere to state and local serving guidelines.

Qualifications

• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lb.
• Minimum 2 years bartending experience; fast‑paced, fine‑dining background and passion for craft & mindful mixology preferred.
• Proficient with POS touch‑system.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, liquor service and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to work independently and outdoors.
