Responsibilities

  • Receive guests, mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks and create recipes for drinks with appropriate garnishes.
  • Ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with the tools and products needed to mix drinks and serve guests.
  • Prepare accurate opening counts and issue inventory or purchase orders as needed to replenish supplies.
  • Be courteous, diplomatic and attentive when dealing with guests.
  • Significant amount of walking or moving by other means.
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time, throughout the duration of a shift, which may exceed 8 hours.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 lb and occasionally lift/move 50 lb.
  • Capable of performing repetitive motions.
  • Report to work and arrive for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity.
  • Other duties may be assigned and may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
