Position Highlights
Status: FULL TIME Location: 4733 NW 7th CT Boynton Beach, FL 33426
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional beverage service to residents, families, and guests, consistently exceeding hospitality and service standards
- Aid residents with beverage selections and respond to questions about menu items
- Practice safe, sanitary food and beverage handling at all times
- Report any concerns regarding resident beverage consumption or changes in condition to your supervisor
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area
- Prepare bar and lounge areas for service, including setup, stocking, and presentation
- Restock supplies according to proper rotation methods, ensuring oldest items are used first
- Clean and reset tables to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests
- Assist in receiving and storing liquor and beverage supplies
- Complete closing register reports and maintain accurate inventory communication with your supervisor
- Perform other hospitality-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or culinary service experience preferred
- Certification may be required in accordance with state regulations
- Must meet minimum legal age requirements for alcohol service per regulations
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
