Bartender Lead - Athletics

This role involves providing exceptional customer service from greeting guests to departure, demonstrating hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive food and beverage knowledge. Key responsibilities include checking IDs to verify legal drinking age, preparing bar setup, maintaining inventory, handling credit card transactions, and closing checks. The position requires serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, assisting with bar setup and breakdown, and ensuring a cheerful demeanor throughout shifts. Additional duties encompass inventory management, cash handling, opening and closing tasks, and supporting management with assigned tasks. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferably two years of full-service bartending experience. Candidates must hold valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications, possess good communication and social skills, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Physical demands may include lifting, bending, standing, and extended walking, with adherence to uniform and PPE requirements.
