Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience. Your primary duties include mastering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest and team member touch points.
• Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a food service or similar industry.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Customer service orientation.
