About the Role

Prepare and provide beverage service in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Prepare beverages for cocktail servers to ensure guest service. Act as a cashier when settling beverage transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Recite the complete list of beverage selections.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes while practicing prudent portion control.
• Input and control orders through the register during each transaction, maintaining accountability and providing receipts to guests for all beverages served.
• Frequently check back with and entertain guests.
• Prepare the bar for the next shift, restocking all fruit and supply levels.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas at all times, including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
• Abide by all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
• Adhere to all Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, ACCRS, SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• One to two years of related experience.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1½ miles, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
• Work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Moderate noise levels, escalating in the casino environment.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. intermittently.
• Sufficient dexterity to use office equipment, including computers, calculators, and multi-line telephones.
