Bartender - 360 Grille (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to our recipes and guests’ preferences.
• Maintain bar area. Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized, ensuring supplies are replenished and equipment is properly maintained.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest intoxication levels according to company guidelines and local laws.
• Work closely with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and company policies.
