About the role

The 360 Grille at the Renaissance Shoals Resort and Spa seeks an enthusiastic and energetic Bartender to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering impeccable service to our guests by assisting the front-of-house team and ensuring smooth restaurant operations in a bustling, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to our recipes and guests’ preferences.
• Maintain the bar area: keep it clean, stocked, and organized, ensuring supplies are replenished and equipment is properly maintained.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest intoxication levels according to company guidelines and local laws.
• Work closely with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and company policies.
