Responsibilities

• Serve all products with friendly, individualized attention toward each customer
• Educate customers about specialty drinks, coffees, and food items
• Accurately enter sales orders into the cash register and complete transactions in a courteous and friendly manner
• Assist in maintaining the highest quality and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Basic reading, writing, and simple math skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to follow directions and work as a team player
• Able to stand for long periods of time and move quickly

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 1+ years experience in food services, general cleaning, and sanitation or previous experience as a Barista
