Job Summary
The Food and Beverage department is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our barista team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, ensuring consistent quality and excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Prior experience at a coffee, tea, or smoothie shop is encouraged, but not required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve coffee, beer, and smoothies in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain and prepare stadium style quick service food items
- Stock condiments and utensils
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in serving and dining areas
- Proficiently operate cash registers and credit card equipment
- Provide exemplary customer service, assisting both colleagues and customers according to established service standards
- Adapt to additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Coffee preparation
- Food handling
- Fluency in a second language (optional)
- Using various coffee preparation equipment
- Handling different ingredients
- Precise measurement of liquids and powders
- Basic math for money handling
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 25 - 30 pounds
- Comfortable walking and standing for the duration of your assigned shift

Salary Range
$17.10-$27.00 + Tips
