2nd Shift Custodian

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and other public areas
• Tasks include all routine daily cleaning including running a floor scrubber and regularly scheduled deep cleaning as needed
• Sometimes required to perform light facilities maintenance tasks (simple repairs using hand tools)
• Assigned to other special projects and tasks as needed

Job Requirements

• Impeccable attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or on a team
• Able to lift over 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Experience with light facilities tasks (i.e. minor repairs using hand tools, paint touch ups, etc.) is a plus but not required
