Job Summary Prepares beverages and products for customers. Maintains a clean environment. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. Conducts sale of beverages and food products. Job Requirements Education and Work Experience: High School Education/GED or equivalent: PreferredAssociate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Licenses/Certifications SERV Safe certification or equivalent: Preferred Facility Specific License/Certifications SERVSAFE OR FH-efoodcard: Required Essential Functions Completes and prepares customer orders. Maintains clean working environment and follows safety requirements. Performs opening and closing duties.Ensures accurate identification of food through labeling and dating procedures. Assembles and places food on trays for and delivers trays to customers.Assists with new employee training and coaching.Collaborates in implementation of new department policies, new techniques and new instrumentation. Reviews and updates policies and procedures manuals for the department.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
