Barista/Market Attendant - Part Time Seasonal
Job Overview
The Market Barista will provide service in the grab-and-go cafe located on the property of the hotel. This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders. The Barista will prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests. They are responsible for ordering, restocking, room delivery of orders and preparing food & beverages orders at The Market. The Barista will be utilizing the POS system to capture orders and process payments. Special tasks/deliveries may be assigned, as necessary, by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds).
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Possess food handlers' card and alcohol serving permit.
Wage Information
The salary range for this position is $21.57-$28.04. The starting rate for this position is $21.57 plus applicable tips. This is a seasonal role with the assignment expected to start in April 2026 and due to end in October 2026. The end date is subject to change.
