Barista (Part-Time)
About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Barista to join their talented team. This position fosters connection, celebrates character, and develops craftsmanship.
What You Will Do
- Provide counter service to guests by taking verbal requests for food and accommodating expediting of such requests.
- Accommodate guest orders by anticipating needs, ensuring satisfaction, and offering suggestions.
- Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.
- Breakdown, clean, and set up Stir and its adjacent areas, including front of house, back of house, and seating areas.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 2 years of hospitality or related work experience is preferred.
- Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
- Ability to make coffee and tea drinks at guest requests and Four Seasons standards specifications.
- Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
