Barista (Lead Shift roles also needed)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and engage with them.
• Receive customer orders and service them to the best of your ability.
• Create enthusiasm for quality coffee.
• Approach the serving of coffee as an art form to be continually developed and only served if you are proud of it.
• Handle transactions including cash.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Follow all policies and procedures of Parisi Artisan Coffee.
• Participate in continual training.
• Treat customers, team members, and others with utmost kindness and respect.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Friendly and engaging personality/demeanor.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Passion for coffee.
• Willingness to learn and ability to learn quickly.
• Commitment to excellence.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Standing for long periods of time, bending, stretching, and extensive use of hand dexterity.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of criminal background check required post-offer.

Pay

A competitive hourly rate + tips will be paid for this position, averaging $17-20 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time. Please be prepared to provide your available hours, time, and days per week for regular shift scheduling.
