Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, and present drinks and food safely, quickly, and efficiently.
- Be knowledgeable of and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Keep the shop neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
- Stock supplies as needed.
- Complete in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
- Follow Crossroads Coffee rules and the dress code at all times.
Requirements
- Prior barista experience helpful, but not required
- Consistent and reliable

- Willing to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry a 50 lb box

Pay
Pay range: $11.25 to $16.00 per hour, plus Tips.
Schedule
Full-time or Part-time. Store hours: Monday through Friday (6:30 am to 6 pm), Saturday (7:30 am to 3:00 pm), Closed on Sunday. Open and closing team members report 30 minutes before or after.
