Barista-- Corporate Dining

About the role

Brock & Company is seeking a friendly, energetic Barista to join their corporate dining team. This position offers a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, full-time benefits, complimentary meals and uniforms, and ample opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality coffee beverages, cappuccino, tea, and smoothies consistently for all customers.
• Organize and stock supplies and maintain the coffee bar and equipment.
• Order and manage inventory for the station.
• Ensure the coffee bar is clean and safe according to supervisor instructions and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Clean and maintain all equipment at the station, including coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino machine, juicer, spoons, spatulas, and brushes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should take pride in creating a welcoming experience and possess strong skills in keeping the coffee and positive energy flowing. They should also be able to provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful, and friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment maintenance.
