Barista/Bartender - Full Time

About the role

You will connect with guests by providing friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely service. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and commitment to guest satisfaction will ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and warmly greet guests
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Stock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior cashier or customer service experience is helpful
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed
• The ability to work varied hours, including weekends is essential
• A detail-oriented approach and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately are important
