Barista- Full Time
About the role
The Barista is an essential member of the Food and Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as needed basis, in order to promote team work.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is a requirement of this role.
Responsibilities
- Greeting & welcoming guests
- Suggestive selling, describing menu offerings, recommending beverage pairings
- Anticipating guests’ needs and monitoring overall guest satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Setting up the team for success
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems
- Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous work experience in a free-standing coffee house/roastery strongly preferred

Pay
$15.74-$17.24. per hour, plus tips.
