Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive instruction in barbering techniques and theory in a classroom setting. - Monitor Guest Services in the Clinic Classroom - Lead students and encourage excellence throughout the entire program - Prepare students for state licensing examinations - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and practices

Requirements

- Valid Virginia Barber Instructor License - Minimum of 2 years of barbering experience - Strong communication and leadership skills - Genuine passion for teaching and helping others grow - Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
