• Bring techniques to life through demonstrations of haircuts, shaves, and grooming services, exemplifying exceptional customer service.
• Coach students through every step of their hands-on practice, ensuring the classroom runs smoothly and with purpose.
• Engage in your instruction, tracking each student's progress, answering technical questions in the moment, and helping every future professional grow their confidence through clear guidance, encouragement, and expert advice.

Qualifications

• A current barber license or a barbering instructor license (training will be provided for the right candidate).
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Robust supervisory, collaborative, and documentation abilities.
• Consistent work history with verifiable references.
• Integrity, professionalism, dependability, and a true enthusiasm for barbering.
