About the role

Seasonal position at Snowshoe Mountain offering affordable on‑mountain employee housing, free skiing and snowboarding privileges, and a variety of dining outlets to explore while you work. Positions are available starting late November/early December and run throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Stock beer coolers, liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice bins, glassware, napkins, and other bar supplies.
• Replenish inventory throughout shifts to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Remove trash, recyclables, and empty containers from bar areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Assist bartenders with opening, operating, and closing procedures.
• Wash and polish glassware as needed.
• Restock service areas and storage locations.
• Deliver supplies and products from storage areas to the bar.
• Respond promptly to bartender and supervisor requests.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive guest and employee experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations and guest service objectives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous restaurant experience.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
