Join the vibrant and exciting atmosphere at Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino as a Barback! This role is an integral part of our team, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by ensuring they have the necessary supplies and equipment
• Keep bar areas fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and other essential items throughout busy periods
• Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, including clearing empty glasses, cleaning spills, and disposing of waste
• Work closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and cooperation

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for a collaborative work environment
• Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience for our guests

Qualifications

While previous experience as a Barback is beneficial, we welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
