Key Responsibilities

• Stock and supply liquors, kegs, bottles/cans, frozen mixes, juices/mixers, and sodas.
• Clean and restock glassware.
• Transport dirty plateware to the dish pit.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Keep floors clean.
• Auxiliary in guest interaction.
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning, and resetting of the bar at the end of each shift.
