Responsibilities
- Support bar operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, stock levels, and operational readiness.
- Aid bartenders and service teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Assist in multiple food & beverage outlets including restaurant, lounge, pool, banquet, and special events.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all bar and service areas.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and outlet operations.
- Operate and maintain bar equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
- Respond to guest requests and operational needs.
- Support banquet, pool, lounge, restaurant, and special event operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and back-of-house beverage spaces.
- Communicate and work effectively with team members.
- Attend required meetings, trainings, and departmental lineups.
- Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, professional appearance, and grooming standards.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction through professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous barback, restaurant, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Previous high-volume or multi-outlet food & beverage experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with professional interaction.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized.
- Positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and frequently move up to 20 pounds.
- Evening, weekend, holiday, and flexible shift availability required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest and operational matters.
