Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and shelf beer and liquor deliveries
• Prepare freshly squeezed juice, mixes, and garnishes at the prescribed par level
• Stock cups, napkins, straws, and ice at the start of the day
• Replace kegs and retrieve bottles from the walk-in cooler and liquor storage
• Clean spills at the bar and at customers’ tables
• Monitor stations and restock cups, napkins, and straws and ice throughout the shift
• Auxiliary tasks as needed, including emptying trash and recycling bins, restocking bottles, wiping down the bar and tabletops, and closing duties

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• Some relevant experience helpful
• Reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Flexibility of schedule to assume responsibilities as needed
• Ability to balance personal and professional life
• Work nights and weekends
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
• Guest-friendly demeanor
• Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and maneuver 170 pounds
• Current Alcohol Beverage Certificate in Delaware

Pay

This position pays $15/hour plus tips.
