Job Summary
Maintains high quality food service operations and ensures adherence to quality assurance standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
- Monitors staff performance, ensuring quality assurance standards are met and the operation is clean and organized.
- Maintains marketing materials, ensuring signage is current and appropriate.
- Ensures compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
