ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Takes inventory of coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintains cleaning standards for Dining Room and Tavern bar areas
- Understands bar service and operations
- Functions as a full-time bartender
- Affords assistance to new bartenders
- Trains staff on coffee, tea, and cocktails
- Continued education on all aspects of beverage
Qualifications
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures
- Regular and consistent attendance is required
- Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and managers
- Basic knowledge and understanding of math
- Ability to do property-wide guest charging and closing out of checks
Pay and Schedule
- Pay Range: $25.00–$30.00 per hour
- Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors
- Must be flexible to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
