Bar and Concessions Supervisor
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Training new staff
- Managing employees
- Overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and restaurant equipment
- Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service
- Making sure the food & beverage areas comply with health and food safety regulations
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Familiar with OSHA, Health Dept., working knowledge of ABC laws, and Serv-Safe, L.E.A.D and/or T.I.P.S.
- Proficiency in Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) & POS System is very helpful.
Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience: High School or GED, Hospitality Experience or previous Supervisory position
- Skills And Abilities: Communication, organizational skills a must, Energetic and able to stand and walk for 8 hours
- Computer Skills: General Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency
Compensation
This position's pay rate will range from $22.00 to $26.00.
Other Qualifications
Dependability, Availability weekends and evenings, Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.
