About the role

As a Barback, you will support bartenders and staff by maintaining inventory, transporting and stocking products, and performing cleaning duties. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking garnishes, straws, napkins, and ensuring bartenders have clean towels and glassware
• Deliver product and use transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain workstations and guest service areas
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
• Check taps and appliances, and change out kegs as needed
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers, and emptying trash
• Provide excellent guest service with a positive demeanor toward guests, customers, and coworkers
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensure security of company assets
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs

Requirements

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent guest service skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Requires constant standing and walking

Physical Demands

• Lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
• May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $15.30.
