Overview
The Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa is a AAA Four-Diamond hotel known for its understated elegance and southern charm, hosting notable guests such as ten U.S. Presidents and luminaries from various fields.
Responsibilities
- Observe and adhere to all liquor liability laws
- Have excellent working knowledge of liquors, beers and wines
- Requisition and restock bar with all essential products and equipment
- Properly setup and breakdown of area and service station
- Aid the bartender in properly mixing and proportioning drinks, in a timely manner
- Maintain proper monitoring of alcohol intake, prohibiting sale to intoxicated guests
- Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service, addressing any feedback or issues
Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills are required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have excellent working knowledge of liquors, beers and wines
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must have alcohol training certification (TIPS)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Candidates must be able to speak fluent English
