Banquet Servers/Bartenders

About the role

New Albany Country Club (NACC), a prestigious and private country club in scenic New Albany, Ohio, is seeking experienced part-time and on-call banquet servers and bartenders. Located just 5 minutes from I-270 and Route 161, and 10 minutes from Easton Town Center, NACC hosts a variety of events year-round, including weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthday and holiday parties, corporate meetings and retreats, and golf outings.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to high-end social and corporate clientele
• Provide professional and attentive service, anticipating guests’ needs before and during events
• Demonstrate proper service standards and event etiquette
• Maintain a professional appearance, including proper care of uniform attire
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
• Set up and strike events, including guest tables and food and beverage stations
• Maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations

Requirements

• Minimum one year of professional banquet service experience
• Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a third-party background check

Pay

$16–$18 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
