Responsibilities
- Oversee event setup, maintenance, and breakdown
- Attend pre-shift meetings
- Follow detailed instructions for each event
- Run food and beverage to tables
- Bus tables
- Provide professional service to guests
- Maintain a polished appearance
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of basic food service procedures
- Responsible alcohol service practices
- Familiarity with drink recipes
- Experience with POS systems
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid alcohol awareness certification or ability to obtain
- Acceptance of diverse cultures, music, and art
Preferred Experience
- Banquet or hospitality serving experience
- Cash handling experience
- ID recognition skills
- Familiarity with live music environments
Physical & Working Conditions
- Fast-paced, loud, and stressful environment
- Extended periods of standing
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs properly
