Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient food and beverage service for the banquet department.
- Set up for banquet events, carry trays, serve guests and clean up events.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Effectively handle customer concerns.
- Participate in department and pre-shift meetings.
- Prepare Mixed drinks as ordered, and collect payment and give change to guests at Banquet Bar's.
- Understand and practice “Service Alcohol with Care” principles.
- Maintain compliance with required training as designated by supervisor.

Physical Activities
- With reasonable accommodation: Occasional (10-33%) sitting, viewing equipment and supplies and other types of close visual work.
- Frequent (34-66%) reaching, pulling, grasping, lifting and pushing up to 50 pounds.
- Constant (67-100%) standing, walking, repetitive motion, talking and listening.
Minimum Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Serving: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Customer service skills and knowledge are essential.
- Bartending Shifts: Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications, Licenses, Certifications Or Registrations
- Experience is preferred but not required.
- Preference will be given to those with some Bartending or Barback experience.
