Banquet Server - Part Time

About the role

The Pfister Hotel is seeking an individual to join its team and continue its iconic legacy. Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel has been a hotel icon for over 130 years and has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service while professionally setting up, serving, and clearing banquet events.
• Ensure event spaces are prepared to company standards, creating a welcoming and polished experience.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with attention to guest needs.
• Work collaboratively with the banquet and culinary teams to execute seamless events of all sizes.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment throughout each event.

Requirements

• Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, guest-focused attitude.
• Able to stand, walk, and carry trays or lift up to 25–50 lbs throughout shifts.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
