Responsibilities

• Build memorable and unique guest experiences during banquets/events.
• Perform a wide range of event functions to ensure events are well-executed from start to finish.
• Set up and break down materials.
• Transport supplies.
• Take orders.
• Interact with guests.
• Create a safe workplace.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
• Be on feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for extended time).
• Take a hands‑on approach: move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects ≤50 lbs without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1‑year related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None
