Responsibilities
- Take pride in organization skills and efficient work ethic
- Complete pre-function side work as designated
- Proactively attend to all guest needs during functions
- Educate yourself on and adhere to liquor liability laws
- Set tables to specifications, carry trays, and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Two years’ previous experience providing customer service, preferably in a similar setting
- Must meet legal age requirement to serve alcohol
- Flexible to work varied shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly to deliver a fun and welcoming environment
- Energetic to work in an empowered and fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable in county-specific Food Handlers Certification, state-specific alcohol certification, and/or TIPs certification
- A people person who is flexible with their schedule, loves serving others, and can multitask while ensuring accuracy
Working Environment/Physical Demands
- Regularly walk and stand for 8+ hours per day
- May need to use hands and arms to reach, carry, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs.
