Responsibilities

• Food and drink service at hotel banquet functions
• Ensuring function space is visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event
• Linen and table setting
• Food station design
• Beverage service
• General banquet preparation
• Room refreshes
• Maintaining a sanitary environment

Qualifications
