Banquet Server (On-Call)
About the role
Banquet Servers play a crucial role in creating unmatched experiences by engaging guests and delivering an unrivaled service experience. You are a vital part of the team that ensures each guest enjoys their time at Valley River Inn.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverage to guests and provide quality customer service
- Clear tables as necessary, set up buffets as needed
- Set tables with chinaware, glass, silver, and linens
- Ensure a safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions and equipment
- Follow up on guests' requests immediately or ask for assistance from supervisors
- Keep work areas, including guest dining areas, clean and organized
Requirements
- Prior experience in banquets or restaurants preferred
- The ability to read, write, and speak English
- Food Handler's Card & OLCC License
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Qualifications
