Banquet Server
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Takes accurate food orders from guests and/or ensures buffet is stocked appropriately.
- Maintains food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered correctly and food is prepared and presented nicely.
- Refreshes drinks.
- Assists with bussing tables.
- Performs various other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of High School education.
- Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
- Food safety certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Communicates effectively verbally.
- Team player.
- Exceeds expectations of guests and team members.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Works flexible hours and shifts.
