About the role
Our Banquet Manager will support each member by actively participating in day-to-day operations, managing guest requests, and setting everyone up for success, from the start of the banquet to the very last goodbye.
Responsibilities
- Supports day-to-day operations
- Manages guest requests
- Ensures team success throughout the event
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience working in banquets
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Advanced knowledge of banquet operations
- Strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
