Key Duties
- Oversee all dining facility operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service for RCTA students, NETC students, and NAS military personnel
- Supervise dining facility staff
- Address operational issues
- Manage contingency and emergency feeding operations
Qualifications
- Four (4) years’ experience in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée operations serving over 100 people, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role
- Three (3) years of military food service experience at pay grade E-7 or higher (warrant/commissioned officer experience acceptable as supervisory)
- Experience in contingency or emergency feeding operations within the past two (2) years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sanitation and food safety certification within the past four (4) years
